These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using the Chutta & Chutti website and working with us for food review content, promotional content, restaurant collaborations, café promotions, brand campaigns, influencer promotions, and related creative services.
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, creating or using a client account, viewing an invoice, using an invoice share link, communicating with us, or working with Chutta & Chutti, you agree to follow these terms.
These terms are provided for transparency and general business use. They do not replace legal advice from a qualified professional.
You may use this website to learn about Chutta & Chutti, view packages, explore portfolio work, contact us, submit collaboration inquiries, create or access an approved client account, view invoices shared with you, and communicate with us.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with restricted areas, submit false or harmful information, abuse forms, spam tracking endpoints, attempt to bypass security controls, or try to damage the website or its systems.
Clients may be able to request an account through the website. Client accounts are not automatically activated for full access; they may need to be reviewed and approved by Chutta & Chutti before the client dashboard and invoice features become available.
You are responsible for providing accurate account details, including your name, email address, phone number, and brand or business information. Chutta & Chutti may reject, disable, or remove accounts that appear false, unnecessary, abusive, unauthorized, or unrelated to a real collaboration or client relationship.
If your account supports Google sign-in, password login, or two-factor authentication, you are responsible for keeping your login access, email account, authenticator app, and backup codes secure.
Packages shown on the website are for general information. Fixed-price packages may show a listed price, while some packages may be shown as custom quote or contact-for-pricing packages.
Packages without a fixed price are not direct-payment packages and require discussion before confirmation. Final pricing, deliverables, timelines, revisions, payment terms, and campaign scope will be confirmed separately before work begins.
We may update, remove, rename, or change packages and pricing at any time. A package shown on the website does not guarantee availability until we confirm it directly with the customer.
Chutta & Chutti may create invoices for collaborations, campaign work, advance payments, balance payments, full payments, or custom projects. Invoices may be shared through the client dashboard, email, WhatsApp, a temporary guest share link, or another agreed method.
Depending on the campaign, we may request an advance payment before starting work, full payment before work, balance payment after partial payment, or full payment after completion. Payment terms should be agreed with the customer before confirming a collaboration.
Manual payments are considered confirmed only after we verify and record them. Invoice balances, statuses, and payment records shown on the website are based on the latest information available in our invoice system.
Online payment gateway features may be added later. Until such a feature is officially enabled and made available on the website, online payment options should not be treated as active. If online payments are enabled in the future, they may be processed by a third-party payment provider and may be subject to that provider’s own terms, fees, processing rules, verification checks, and security requirements.
Invoice links are provided for convenience so customers can view invoice details online. Private invoice pages may require login, while temporary guest share links may allow limited view-only access without login until they expire or are revoked.
Guest share links should only be shared with people who are allowed to view the relevant invoice. Anyone with a valid guest share link may be able to view the invoice during the active link period, so customers are responsible for sharing those links carefully.
Draft or cancelled invoices may be blocked from client or guest viewing. Customers may use the invoice print or download option to save a PDF copy for their own records.
The number of videos, photos, stories, posts, revisions, usage rights, posting dates, and deliverables will depend on the agreed package or custom quotation. Unless agreed otherwise, unlimited revisions are not included.
Creative decisions, editing style, captions, posting format, and publishing schedule should be discussed before confirming a campaign. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may require extra charges or a revised timeline.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate brand details, campaign requirements, location details, menu details, product information, contact details, invoice information, approvals, and any other materials required for the campaign.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that any information, claims, offers, discounts, product details, or promotional statements they provide are accurate and legally acceptable.
Delays in providing required information, approvals, products, access, or location arrangements may delay the campaign timeline or require rescheduling.
Unless agreed otherwise, Chutta & Chutti may display completed collaboration work, campaign visuals, brand names, brand logos, testimonials, and related content in our portfolio, social media, proposals, and website to showcase our work.
If a customer requires confidentiality or does not want certain work shown publicly, this should be discussed and agreed before the campaign is confirmed.
Brand names, logos, trademarks, product names, and visual identities shown on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Our use of brand logos is mainly for portfolio, collaboration reference, identification, and “Worked With” display purposes.
Displaying a brand logo does not automatically mean that the brand sponsors, endorses, owns, manages, or officially approves Chutta & Chutti unless such a relationship is clearly stated. See our Brand Logo Policy for more information.
The admin, moderator, account, and client areas of the website are restricted based on user role, approval status, and security requirements. Any attempt to access restricted pages, bypass login protections, misuse password reset features, interfere with approval workflows, overload tracking endpoints, or tamper with website systems is prohibited.
We may use rate limiting, login attempt monitoring, security alerts, session protection, two-factor authentication, owner approval workflows, and other protective measures to protect the website and its data.
